Peter K Joseph is a seasoned media management professional having over 25 years of illustrious experience in the Television industry. With a distinguished career at major networks like STAR TV and SONY Pictures, Peter has also played a pivotal role in establishing two satellite TV stations in India.


Leveraging his firsthand expertise in creative media, Peter has made a profound impact on media education, serving as a consultant for multiple renowned media schools across Kerala. He also briefly served as the CEO of NEO Film School Kochi.

Leadership & Management

Peter has held key positions at several global media behemoths. He began his journey with STAR TV, where he contributed significantly for about fourteen years. Following this, Peter joined SONY Pictures Entertainment Networks, for nine years. 


Subsequently, he assumed leadership roles, becoming the Managing Director of SHALOM Television, a position he held for six years. He then led GOODNESS TV as Chairman and Managing Director for nine years.



International exposure

Papal Visit to Abu Dhabi 2019

Peter K. Joseph played a pivotal role in the historic 2019 Papal visit to the UAE, leading the Broadcast and Content Delivery Team in collaboration with DONE + DUSTED, a globally renowned events production company. During this landmark event, he had the privilege of working alongside the legendary Hollywood & Television director, Hamish Hamilton. An industry icon behind the top ten most-viewed TV shows in U.S. history. 

A multiple Emmy, Academy, and Peabody Award winner, Hamish also directed the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Papal Visit to Bahrain 2022

During the 2022 Papal visit to Bahrain, Peter served as a broadcast consultant, overseeing the global live telecast of the Holy Mass by Pope Francis, from Bahrain National Stadium. His expertise in content delivery and live event broadcasting played a crucial role in ensuring a seamless production, orchestrating the technical and creative elements to provide a high-quality viewing experience for audiences worldwide.

Charterd Management Institute (UK)

Peter K. Joseph is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a prestigious British professional body with a Royal Charter.
